This $500 non-refundable design retainer grants you access to our elite team of Artists, CAD Designers, and Master Jewelers. All committed to bringing your dream piece to life.

What happens next?

Once you complete your $500 design retainer, your custom journey begins:
1. Welcome, Intake & Vision Discovery (Instant or At Your Pace)
You’ll receive a welcome email and intake form to share your inspiration, preferences, and ideas. Then we’ll schedule a virtual Vision Discovery Call with your designer and jeweler. If you haven’t already selected an artist, we’ll match you with one who fits your style.
2. First Concept Sketch (24 to 48 Hours)
Our team will take everything from discovery and create your first concept sketch. Most clients feel we nail it on the first try, but you’ll have unlimited revisions to refine every detail until it’s exactly what you envisioned.
3. Photorealistic CAD Renderings (Up to 5 Business Days)
Once your sketch is approved, we’ll develop a detailed 3D CAD rendering of your piece from all angles. You can continue to revise until it’s perfect. We do not move forward until you say yes.
4. Final Approval and Production
Your original budget helps guide the design process, but you are free to make changes or elevate the design at any point. The final price is confirmed once you approve the CAD and materials. When you are completely satisfied and give full approval, we begin production. This phase typically takes 2 to 4 weeks.

Custom jewelry is a luxury experience shaped entirely by your vision, materials, and goals. Every project is unique, but most of our clients invest between $3,000 and $500,000 or more. You’re in full control of the direction, and we match your ambition.
If your budget is above $3,000, you’re ready to begin. Go ahead and move forward with your design retainer, and we’ll get started immediately.
If your vision is closer to $1,500, please contact us first. We occasionally accept smaller projects depending on the design.
