What type of jewelry do you make?
Everything we create is 100% custom. From engagement rings and wedding bands to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, medallions, statement cuffs, tiaras, crowns, and luxury chains or pendants inspired by hip-hop culture we are not limited by traditional categories. We bring your wildest ideas to life for every special occasion including bridal, anniversaries, milestone celebrations, and personal expression. No molds, no limits, just pure imagination and artistry.
What type of metals do you use?
We use the finest jewelry materials on earth to bring your project to life, including:
- Gold in Yellow, White, and Rose, available in 10k, 14k, 18k, and 22k
- Platinum and Palladium
- Rhodium and specialty finishes available upon request
What type of diamonds do you use?
We partner with one of the largest global diamond suppliers to offer:
- Natural and lab-grown diamonds
- GIA and IGI certified stones
- Every shape, carat, and color
Every diamond is conflict-free and sourced to match your design, goals, and budget. We also offer a wide range of gemstones including sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and alexandrites. We can source any stone you desire, from classic to rare. If you want it, the answer is yes, including the rarest and most exceptional diamonds and gems.
Can I use my own stones?
Yes! We're happy to build a custom setting for your stone. We can use certification measurements, but for the best result, we recommend sending the stone to us directly (fully insured shipping labels provided). Some settings may require us to physically inspect the stone for a perfect fit.

How much is my custom piece going to cost?
Custom jewelry is a luxury experience shaped by your vision, materials, and design goals. Every project is unique, but most of our clients invest between $3,000 and $500,000 or more. You’re in full control of the direction, and we match your ambition.
We occasionally accept projects starting at $1,500. If you have something specific in mind, reach out for a personalized quote first.
We create one-of-a-kind, museum-worthy pieces built to last for generations. If you're ready to bring something rare and deeply personal to life, we're ready to build it.
What method of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and ShopPay
What is the payment schedule?
We begin every project with a $500 design retainer, which covers the sketch and CAD design process and is applied toward your final cost.
Once you approve the design, we collect payment in full to begin manufacturing, with our Perfection Guarantee.
This process ensures clarity, commitment, and momentum at every stage.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We offer flexible payment arrangements tailored to your needs. All plans are custom-fit to the project and client, and may include a small premium. If you'd like to explore a payment plan, let us know during your consultation.

How long is my project going to take?
For clients with firm or tight deadlines, please contact us right away with your vision. We’ll assess your project and let you know if your timeline is possible.
- Design: You’ll receive your first sketch within 48 hours. Most clients complete the design phase in just a few days, while others prefer months of careful refinement.
- Manufacturing: Production takes 2 to 4 weeks after design approval.
- Delivery: Shipping is 1 to 3 business days in the U.S. and up to 1 week internationally.

Where do you ship?
We ship to 50+ countries worldwide via FedEx, UPS, and DHL. U.S. shipping is always free, fully insured, and requires a signature.
What measures are taken for discreet shipping, and is it an option for all orders?
All orders are shipped in unbranded, discreet packaging. No logos, no hints. Every shipment is fully insured and requires a signature upon delivery.
How does shipping work?
Domestic (U.S.): Free, insured, and 1–3 day delivery
International: Express via DHL with customs documentation

POLICIES

What’s your refund/return policy?
Because every piece is made to order, we do not accept returns.
If you choose to cancel your project after design approval but before production is complete, 50% of the total project cost is non-refundable. Any remaining balance paid beyond that will be returned.
Once production has been completed or gemstones have been secured, the project is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, if you're not completely thrilled with the final piece, we will remake or modify it at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our jewelry 100% and we offer a comprehensive set of warranties so that you can purchase with confidence.
Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship and take responsibility for any structural defects.
Certificate of Authenticity
All the materials (metals, diamonds, and gemstones) we sell are authentic and properly specified in your proposal agreement.
Accent Stone Loss Warranty
If any small accent gems (<$100 value) break or fall out of their settings in the first year after we create the ring or within a year of us performing maintenance on the ring, we'll replace them free of charge.
Can I make changes after my order is placed?
Yes. During the design phase, you can request unlimited revisions. This phase is built for collaboration and refinement, and we won’t move forward until you absolutely love the design.
Once production begins, changes may be possible within the first 24 hours. However, because we take such care during the design process, it’s rare that clients request adjustments after approval.
What's your website privacy policy?
Do you offer jewelry insurance?
To protect your investment, we recommend making sure your jewelry is insured under a homeowners, renters, or individual jewelry insurance policy. This is a common service that your insurer will be happy to provide. Insurance is particularly important for engagement rings with valuable center stones.
We don't offer standard insurance ourselves, but we give you all the information you need to make getting coverage straightforward. We send a Detailed Receipt for Insurance Purposes with every purchase, which contains the product and retail price information your insurance company will need to set up your policy.
We recommend Jeweler’s Mutual as the most reputable, easy to work with company to insure your jewelry.
For high ticket jewelry purchases we will coordinate jewelry insurance.
